He was also a Staff Attorney in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance, which regulates IPOs. Prior to investment banking, Mark was a corporate and securities lawyer at a leading international law firm in their capital markets practice. Mark’s entire investment banking career has been focused on IPOs and related ECM transactions. He has more than a dozen years of Equity Capital Markets investment banking experience at global investment banks, most recently as Head of Equity Financing Solutions.
